The Shenzhen - San Francisco-based company was founded in 2016 and came into the limelight when they secured a Series A round of over $4 million ahead of their new products launch and international sales expansion in 2018. However, soon after the products launch and being enthusiastic about more sales, they were not getting as fast turn around; majorly because of outdated and slow speed of the website.
A complete website revamp was asked from a frustrated client. Customer engagement and content creation (product listing) for a different range of products are deemed crucial for the brand.
After the finalization of the requirements document, we worked on the website development.
Upgrading to Shopify Plus, developed custom landing pages
Migration to Shopify Plus minimizes code complexity, the move allowed Ecoflow to automate and forget its day-to-day operations so the team doesn’t have to manage the website at all hours of the day and night, hence cutting the cost of hiring expensive developers for website maintenance. The client felt in more control as we provided self-customization options.Product listings, details, categorization, responsive design, and every asked go-to feature was integrated seamlessly. One of the prominent features of our development was the product comparison one where buyer can compare different products based on features and price.
ShopPay, the Shopify Plus in-built payment system, made the checkout faster for client buyers, which was not the case previously.Phaedra Solutions help the company to expand its reach both locally and globally by making their store easy to access wherever their potential buyer is.
