Jetti sync your multi vendor marketplace with in-house operations
Jetti app acts like a tool where it automates the process of adding multi vendors, put your orders in your approved vendors’ stores, can integrate with Shopify easily, pay vendors, inventory management and more.
Believe us, managing different vendors could be a great hassle and finding the perfect tool is another one. But we saved you and did the legwork for you.
Jetti is an advanced level multi vendor management app in which you can literally sync orders, inventory, shipping, payments etc. between your Shopify store and others. Cool thing is, you can custom vendor integrations. The app automatically fulfills inventory and pricing updates pushed to your store directly. Store owners get notified about product updates from suppliers in real time.
How to set-up your vendor in Jetti?
You can easily integrate your Jetti account with your Shopify store. Here we will guide you with Shopify platform as an example. Jetti can be used for other ecommerce platforms like Magento, Woocommerce etc.
All you need from your vendors is their API credentials, the setup varies from one platform to another. However, mostly vendors are familiar with generating credentials.
Create contact
If you have vendor credentials ready, so the first step for generating contact in Jetti is to go to ‘Contacts’ on the left side menu. Press on ‘New Dropship Provider’ button on top right of the screen.
Scroll down a bit and you will see some fields of information. Here you will add the name of the vendor (Amanda Records is used in this screen) and press ‘Save’.
Now go to ‘Contacts’ and add vendor email and other contact details. Once the data is populated you don’t have to add again and again. Also, if you add the address for once, you do not need to add separately for shipping.
Do not forget to hit ‘Save’ every time you add some information.
Order routing
A vendor contact is generated, next step is order routing. Jetti offers three methods, one is email, second is FTP (you need Jetti support for this) and third ecommerce stores that Jetti supports. Here we are taking Shopify as an example.
Go to ‘orders’ and select ‘Shopify’ under ‘Full Order Automation’.
Below this same screen, add API credentials we talked about earlier in this blog. You need vendor API credentials for these fields. Activate ‘send notifications’ if you want your vendor notified against every product order. Hit ‘Save’.
On this very same ‘Orders’ screen, you will find a support doc. Button in case you are still unsure about vendor API credentials.
This will guide you how vendor API credentials could be generated and there is a video tutorial as well.
Inventory feeds
You can use Jetty for pulling in all of the product catalogs of your vendor. In doing so, you can sync your store directly with their inventory. For that matter, click on ‘new inventory feed’.
Here again, make sure you select the right platform. In our case, we selected Shopify.
Add the same API and store name credentials as before. Since we already added them before, so they auto populated in the given fields.
Hit ‘Fetch’ twice as given.
After fetching the product catalog, you can check from the main menu ‘inventory feed’. From this feed, you can publish products of choice on your store.
Prices, vendor commission rates
You can add custom settings in prices for vendors tab. For example, you can calculate vendor commission rate and either opt for fixed amount or percentage of the retail price.
Here the commission rate is set at 20%.
Also, you can send payments to vendors automatically. Just set the frequency/ payment schedule.
Just remember, you have to set these settings separately for each vendor. However, rest maths is at Jetti’s part.
Shipping
Another tab in vendor settings is ‘Shipping’, ‘Provide Shipping Labels’ is recommended, however, Jetti can deliver otherwise too.
